Uncle Brutha:

All right.

Uncle Brutha:

What's up y'all?

Uncle Brutha:

I'm about to get on the road and guess who I'm going to see?

Uncle Brutha:

Amy J and Bill P.

Uncle Brutha:

Yes, I made that run.

Uncle Brutha:

Uh, yeah, I did.

Uncle Brutha:

Anyway, they were my first, Amy J was the first to si to sign up for a subscription

Uncle Brutha:

when I first offered those, and then

Amy J:

when I came up with the memberships Bill was the first

Uncle Brutha:

to get a membership.

Uncle Brutha:

So since it's taken me so long, so long to get the, to get the, the,

Uncle Brutha:

this first batch, this r and d batch, first r and d batch completed now.

Uncle Brutha:

And look, it was, it was well worth the wait because.

Uncle Brutha:

They're some of the best batches I've ever done.

Uncle Brutha:

And I mean, if I may say so myself,

Amy J:

just

Uncle Brutha:

look,

Amy J:

it's gonna

Uncle Brutha:

be, y'all gonna see it's worth the

Amy J:

wait.

Amy J:

It's worth the wait,

Uncle Brutha:

cause, uh, look.

Uncle Brutha:

But anyway, since it's taken me so long, I'm on, they, they, they live about an

Uncle Brutha:

hour from me, so I'm gonna drive out and

Amy J:

I'm gonna meet.

Amy J:

Amy

Uncle Brutha:

J and Bill P.

Uncle Brutha:

Okay.

Uncle Brutha:

And I'm gonna present them with their sauces, their samples that they've waited

Uncle Brutha:

so patiently for and continued with, just stuck with me and supporting the effort.

Uncle Brutha:

I mean, Bill has made sure that UB has not given up, that all is still

Uncle Brutha:

moving forward despite whatever.

Uncle Brutha:

Yeah.

Uncle Brutha:

Well, okay.

Uncle Brutha:

Just wanna make sure you all right.

Amy J:

Okay.

Amy J:

Uh uh hurry up.

Amy J:

Hurry up.

Uncle Brutha:

Just get the sauce going.

Uncle Brutha:

Uncle Brutha:

I'm going to go meet Amy J and Bill P.

Uncle Brutha:

All right, so.

Uncle Brutha:

Next we going to meet, uh, my, my two firsts.

Uncle Brutha:

All right.

Uncle Brutha:

The first subscriber and the first member.

Uncle Brutha:

All right, so heading on the road.

Uncle Brutha:

Holler at y'all soon.

Uncle Brutha:

All right.

Uncle Brutha:

Later.

Uncle Brutha:

He's all

Amy J:

Bill P:

Come on here.

Uncle Brutha:

Alright.

Uncle Brutha:

Uncle Brutha:

So I told you I was on my way, boy, to see Bill P and Amy J Oh.

Uncle Brutha:

So I'm here.

Uncle Brutha:

Look, bill p and Amy j.

Uncle Brutha:

I'm in the house.

Uncle Brutha:

I was gonna ready to say you in the house.

Uncle Brutha:

I'm in the o, UB is in the house with Bill P and Amy.

Uncle Brutha:

J Okay.

Uncle Brutha:

Now, the reason I came here is a very special reason that I came here.

Uncle Brutha:

All right.

Uncle Brutha:

Cause these are my firsts.

Uncle Brutha:

So let me get out the car and come over here and see.

Uncle Brutha:

Is our light good this way?

Uncle Brutha:

Yes.

Uncle Brutha:

All right.

Uncle Brutha:

Okay.

Uncle Brutha:

So Bill, why you, why

Uncle Brutha:

you stepping back?

Uncle Brutha:

Oh, hell, no.

Uncle Brutha:

Come on in, bill.

Uncle Brutha:

Okay.

Uncle Brutha:

All right.

Uncle Brutha:

Let me, uh, frame it up and, okay, lemme go back.

Uncle Brutha:

There we go.

Uncle Brutha:

There.

Uncle Brutha:

That's better.

Uncle Brutha:

Okay.

Uncle Brutha:

So Bill, O, p and Amy.

Uncle Brutha:

J as you know, if you've been keeping up with my videos or gone back and to see.

Uncle Brutha:

These people are responsible for this.

Uncle Brutha:

Okay, cuz I got an email or a Facebook message.

Uncle Brutha:

One of 'em, it showed up in my inbox.

Uncle Brutha:

Please you bring back Uncle Brutha's ALLSAUCE begging you.

Amy J:

That's me.

Uncle Brutha:

I said.

Uncle Brutha:

Uh,

Amy J:

okay.

Amy J:

. Well, uh, maybe, uh,

Uncle Brutha:

I, how can I refuse?

Uncle Brutha:

Then the next thing I know, I'm see.

Uncle Brutha:

Cuz I had given, I had put Facebook on pause for a while.

Uncle Brutha:

You know, I told the

Amy J:

story.

Amy J:

I was, I was stalking you.

Amy J:

I didn't care.

Amy J:

I took care of,

Uncle Brutha:

I was taking care of mom for a little bit, you know, mom.

Uncle Brutha:

Needed my help.

Uncle Brutha:

So I was trying to recover Uncle Brutha, but I said, let me, let me put Uncle

Uncle Brutha:

Brutha on the side and, and help mama.

Uncle Brutha:

Okay.

Uncle Brutha:

So Amy's message showed up on Facebook.

Uncle Brutha:

Then I'm looking and I'm going back and I'm re going back to see who

Uncle Brutha:

I, you know, what I been missing.

Uncle Brutha:

Then I see one yo

Uncle Brutha:

. I'm trying to find out what's going on.

Uncle Brutha:

I'm trying.

Uncle Brutha:

I need some information.

Uncle Brutha:

I need some information about this stuff because my wife,

Uncle Brutha:

my wife, I need this.

Uncle Brutha:

I got to get this all my, look.

Uncle Brutha:

Look at this.

Uncle Brutha:

This man loves him some Amy.

Uncle Brutha:

Yes, he does.

Uncle Brutha:

This man loves him.

Uncle Brutha:

Some Amy.

Uncle Brutha:

That's why I put, I'm squaring, I'm framing them up.

Uncle Brutha:

Mm-hmm.

Uncle Brutha:

. Because he, look, he ain't, wasn't worried about no damn sauce.

Uncle Brutha:

, Bill P: happy wife, happy life.

Uncle Brutha:

He wasn't worried about no damn sauce.

Uncle Brutha:

He was, he knows who Yes.

Uncle Brutha:

How, who to keep happy.

Uncle Brutha:

Mm-hmm.

Uncle Brutha:

with the sauce.

Uncle Brutha:

Okay, so let me stop, let me stop playing.

Uncle Brutha:

Alright.

Uncle Brutha:

Look,

Amy J:

ha, I can't wait

Uncle Brutha:

Now this is.

Uncle Brutha:

Let me, okay, before I present, before I present now, Amy, when

Uncle Brutha:

I first made subscriptions, I got first made subscriptions available.

Uncle Brutha:

Amy was on it.

Uncle Brutha:

She, she jumped on it, but I think she thought she was getting a

Uncle Brutha:

bottle of sauce and then it did.

Uncle Brutha:

And then when she said, oh, this is just, I'm not getting so, uh oh.

Uncle Brutha:

But she, she made a donation.

Uncle Brutha:

It was a donation to the cause.

Uncle Brutha:

I'm like, that's, that's okay.

Uncle Brutha:

That's cool.

Uncle Brutha:

That's cool.

Uncle Brutha:

I get it.

Uncle Brutha:

I understand.

Uncle Brutha:

It's just getting started.

Uncle Brutha:

A subscription for what exactly?

Uncle Brutha:

I don't know, but

Uncle Brutha:

okay.

Uncle Brutha:

I see

Uncle Brutha:

what you're doing, Uncle Brutha.

Uncle Brutha:

I see what you're doing.

Uncle Brutha:

So then when I finally figured out how

Uncle Brutha:

I could do okay, memberships, and then that's how, okay, membership

Uncle Brutha:

Bill was like, yeah, send me the link, link, link right now.

Uncle Brutha:

Don't.

Uncle Brutha:

He didn't even ask questions.

Uncle Brutha:

I was talking.

Uncle Brutha:

He was like, did you send the link yet?

Uncle Brutha:

, you see how I talk and just talk?

Uncle Brutha:

And I was just talking.

Uncle Brutha:

And Bill, did you, Uncle Brutha, did you send the link yet?

Uncle Brutha:

Oh yes.

Uncle Brutha:

Let me say, so speaking of links, This is Bill's and, and Am-.

Uncle Brutha:

Look, this is Bill's.

Uncle Brutha:

Bill's six bottles of sauce.

Uncle Brutha:

And you see what he did with it.

Uncle Brutha:

. Do that.

Uncle Brutha:

Do that again.

Uncle Brutha:

Do that again.

Amy J:

Alright.

Bill P:

Show the sauce.

Bill P:

No, no.

Bill P:

There it is.

Bill P:

There it is.

Bill P:

How long have you been waiting?

Amy J:

It's been years.

Bill P:

12 years.

Bill P:

13 years.

Bill P:

I've been waiting for this.

Bill P:

I

Amy J:

have, it's been, well,

Uncle Brutha:

it's been a long time.

Uncle Brutha:

Not quite 13 that I have it.

Uncle Brutha:

That, that it's not been available.

Uncle Brutha:

It's only been maybe six, seven,

Amy J:

I don't know, but I missed it terribly.

Uncle Brutha:

Okay, now in there I have, I have the invoices.

Uncle Brutha:

Mm-hmm.

Uncle Brutha:

. So I printed out the very first one.

Uncle Brutha:

Let me come over here by you.

Uncle Brutha:

I had the very first invoice for the subscription where you thought

Uncle Brutha:

you were getting a bottle of sauce.

Amy J:

I got six bottles of sauce.

Uncle Brutha:

Now you have six.

Uncle Brutha:

Six.

Uncle Brutha:

But because you were such, you just, you jumped right on board.

Uncle Brutha:

And didn't, you know, as soon as you saw it mm-hmm.

Uncle Brutha:

, I said, okay, let me give, let me, let me give you an option, a choice here.

Uncle Brutha:

Now I, I see that you love, I, I gathered that you love the red.

Uncle Brutha:

I do.

Uncle Brutha:

Number 10.

Uncle Brutha:

Did

Amy J:

you ever try the number nine?

Amy J:

I, I, I only have one bottle of it ever.

Uncle Brutha:

Okay.

Uncle Brutha:

So what I have Uhhuh, I brought, uh, two small bottles.

Uncle Brutha:

Okay.

Uncle Brutha:

If you would like a small bottle of number nine, I would love one.

Uncle Brutha:

Okay.

Uncle Brutha:

So, hey, I'm gonna hold it.

Uncle Brutha:

Okay, here we go.

Uncle Brutha:

. So, oh man, here's Anu.

Uncle Brutha:

A bottle number nine.

Uncle Brutha:

Yeah, for my very first subscriber.

Uncle Brutha:

Who I know was feeling took a smile.

Uncle Brutha:

I know she was feeling a trick when she figured out it was just a subscription.

Uncle Brutha:

I

Amy J:

didn't know what it was.

Amy J:

It was just wait, didn't know.

Amy J:

But now I have my sauce, so I'm happy.

Amy J:

Yes.

Uncle Brutha:

See that?

Uncle Brutha:

See, that's why.

Uncle Brutha:

That's why I wanted to come

Amy J:

all the way

Uncle Brutha:

here far and it's not, well, it's not unreasonable from DC Right.

Uncle Brutha:

You know, that's not unreasonable.

Amy J:

I do work in DC right.

Uncle Brutha:

So I said, you know what, since these are my

Uncle Brutha:

first and they're within DMV range, let me come and experience

Uncle Brutha:

this.

Uncle Brutha:

I'm so excited in person.

Uncle Brutha:

I'm gonna now only, my only disappointment is the grill ain't fired up.

Uncle Brutha:

It ain't no, I know ain't a piece of brisket.

Uncle Brutha:

That I've been, I got brag.

Uncle Brutha:

I was, I all,

Bill P:

two days ago I had brisket

Uncle Brutha:

all this, all this bragging I, I heard about, I don't eat

Uncle Brutha:

the whole bottle about his brisket.

Uncle Brutha:

All about all this brisket.

Uncle Brutha:

Bill does it, look authentically with the wood.

Uncle Brutha:

No electric.

Uncle Brutha:

Look, he ain't messing around with the little Traeders stuff like I got.

Uncle Brutha:

He got the real.

Uncle Brutha:

The real deal.

Bill P:

Yeah.

Bill P:

And this, this neighborhood, we got a few smokers.

Bill P:

Oh, okay.

Bill P:

They've got a few smokers.

Bill P:

Are we going tonight for the, uh, fourth July?

Bill P:

Yeah.

Bill P:

I'm gonna bring a bottle of my sauce over.

Bill P:

We got a party.

Bill P:

So just your time for the 4th of July.

Bill P:

Mm-hmm.

Bill P:

. There's a party tonight down at my, uh, neighbor's house.

Bill P:

I'm gonna blow his mine with some sauce.

Uncle Brutha:

Well, that's why I couldn't let another holiday get past.

Uncle Brutha:

No, thank you.

Uncle Brutha:

Thank you.

Uncle Brutha:

Since I made the promise that I was doing this, of course.

Uncle Brutha:

And you know, Bill, I've been sharing and I pre look.

Uncle Brutha:

Let me.

Uncle Brutha:

Put, put your, there you go.

Uncle Brutha:

Actually, I, I was just gonna shake your hand, but you know what?

Uncle Brutha:

I'm gonna give you a big old Hey, big old hug, because

Bill P:

Congratulations for getting back to

Amy J:

I know.

Amy J:

That's amazing.

Uncle Brutha:

Let me go.

Uncle Brutha:

Oh my goodness.

Uncle Brutha:

I'm so excited.

Uncle Brutha:

Yep.

Uncle Brutha:

I, I, I have been overwhelmed by the support of not just Bill and Amy,

Uncle Brutha:

everyone, but Bill and Amy especially.

Uncle Brutha:

Bill has become a friend.

Uncle Brutha:

And we've, we've, we've talked, he's, he's listened to me ramble while I'm

Uncle Brutha:

dealing with the family drama and everything else that's been going

Uncle Brutha:

on, and he said, look, hang in there.

Uncle Brutha:

This is what you wanna do, right?

Uncle Brutha:

Yes.

Uncle Brutha:

Okay, good.

Uncle Brutha:

Now, Hurry up, . Jesus, man, would you give me this sauce?

Amy J:

Sauce is important.

Uncle Brutha:

I'm just playing.

Uncle Brutha:

I'm just, Bill never did that to me.

Uncle Brutha:

I'm just kidding.

Uncle Brutha:

I joke around like that and, and no Bill has been nothing but

Uncle Brutha:

a hundred percent supportive.

Uncle Brutha:

And, and Amy, I heard she wasn't so patient, but has been really patient.

Uncle Brutha:

I.

Uncle Brutha:

One of, one of the early messages I got was, she's giving up man.

Uncle Brutha:

She don't think sauce is gonna come.

Uncle Brutha:

. What?

Bill P:

I kinda gave up a little

Uncle Brutha:

Where's the faith?

Uncle Brutha:

I felt like George, Michael Gotta Have Faith.

Uncle Brutha:

So, okay, now the faith is faith.

Uncle Brutha:

Now I would can do we have time?

Uncle Brutha:

Do you have something to sample it?

Uncle Brutha:

I would love if you all, if you want crack a bottle,

Amy J:

get um, some brisket out.

Amy J:

Jamaica.

Uncle Brutha:

Just throw if you want,

Bill P:

if they took it all the uh, Jamaican patty.

Bill P:

You want one those?

Bill P:

Yes.

Amy J:

I just want it on anything.

Bill and Amy:

The Jamaican Patty.

Bill and Amy:

That's just, that's this thing that she used to eat all the

Bill and Amy:

time with Uncle Brutha's sauce.

Bill and Amy:

I eat it with pizza.

Bill and Amy:

It's a Jamaican, Jamaica, spicy subs meat pie hamburger.

Bill and Amy:

Loves it.

Bill and Amy:

Yeah.

Bill and Amy:

Anything actually.

Bill and Amy:

But yeah, that was her favorite thing.

Bill and Amy:

I'm gonna put that together.

Bill and Amy:

That's the best.

Uncle Brutha:

Let me tell you.

Uncle Brutha:

I think these are, these are the two best batches ever I think I've ever made.

Amy J:

Ever.

Amy J:

Okay.

Amy J:

I have to try the green now

Uncle Brutha:

I think I've ever made.

Uncle Brutha:

I'm gonna, I'm gonna try.

Uncle Brutha:

All right, so we're inside.

Uncle Brutha:

Amy's opening her bottles, . So you were just saying,

Amy J:

so I had a bottle of Uncle Brutha's, and it had this much left in it.

Amy J:

I was just using it very sparingly when I found out it was coming back.

Amy J:

And my husband said, bottles are coming.

Amy J:

Bottles are coming.

Amy J:

He took the last of it and said, I got more.

Amy J:

And he threw it away.

Amy J:

, Bill P: no, I caught

Amy J:

He said, I got more.

Amy J:

I know it's coming, Amy.

Amy J:

I can't believe Bill did that.

Amy J:

No, I'm like threw a weight.

Uncle Brutha:

He been look.

Uncle Brutha:

People tell me

Uncle Brutha:

they put water in the bottle and rinse out the

Uncle Brutha:

last bits

Uncle Brutha:

and bill through Amy's.

Uncle Brutha:

Oh my goodness.

Bill P:

Yeah, I, I, it was not a good day.

Uncle Brutha:

So wait a minute, Amy, if you still had a bottle

Uncle Brutha:

with little bit in there.

Uncle Brutha:

Uhhuh . About how long you've been holding on to that one?

Amy J:

It was about five years.

Amy J:

I feel like it.

Amy J:

It's hot peppers and it's gonna last, so it was about five years.

Uncle Brutha:

That's right.

Uncle Brutha:

Yeah, that's right.

Uncle Brutha:

It was not just a couple the days ago.

Uncle Brutha:

No.

Uncle Brutha:

Yeah, no good.

Uncle Brutha:

Okay.

Uncle Brutha:

Okay.

Uncle Brutha:

Amy's had her held onto a bottle of sauce.

Uncle Brutha:

When she figured out that I had gone, you know, missing MIA for

Uncle Brutha:

a bit, she held onto her bottle of sauce for at least five years.

Uncle Brutha:

I thought I was the only one doing that.

Uncle Brutha:

. Shit, Amy.

Uncle Brutha:

We did it too.

Uncle Brutha:

Okay.

Uncle Brutha:

All right.

Uncle Brutha:

So, so I,

Amy J:

I have the green, I have the red.

Uncle Brutha:

Now I'm going to, I'm going recommend starting with the green

Uncle Brutha:

because it's a little milder, right.

Uncle Brutha:

Than the red.

Uncle Brutha:

Okay.

Uncle Brutha:

Okay.

Uncle Brutha:

Wait a minute.

Uncle Brutha:

I gotta get that.

Uncle Brutha:

I know, that's what I was saying.

Uncle Brutha:

Look at.

Uncle Brutha:

Look at.

Uncle Brutha:

Look at Bill.

Uncle Brutha:

Yeah,

Bill P:

look at that.

Bill P:

Look at Bill.

Bill P:

Look at that.

Bill P:

That's Bill.

Bill P:

Beautiful.

Uncle Brutha:

Look at Bill.

Uncle Brutha:

Better.

Uncle Brutha:

You better work.

Uncle Brutha:

You better work it out, bill.

Uncle Brutha:

Look at that.

Uncle Brutha:

All right.

Uncle Brutha:

Okay.

Uncle Brutha:

Now, okay,

Amy J:

so, okay, so this is our green and this is,

Amy J:

okay.

Amy J:

That's all right.

Amy J:

Here we, here we

Amy J:

go.

Amy J:

Okay, so we got this.

Amy J:

Put this here.

Amy J:

So good.

Amy J:

Like, like I was, that feels like it tastes better than the last green I had.

Uncle Brutha:

This is one of the, Greens that is I ever made.

Uncle Brutha:

It is so good and I couldn't, you know, my co-packers never quite got it right.

Uncle Brutha:

Mm-hmm.

Uncle Brutha:

, they never quite got it.

Uncle Brutha:

Even though it won all those awards, it was never quite, that's good, right?

Uncle Brutha:

That is good.

Uncle Brutha:

It's not mm-hmm.

Uncle Brutha:

, and not to be bragging.

Uncle Brutha:

Hm.

Uncle Brutha:

Not to be bragging, but I, when I made this one, I'm like, that's, that is, yeah.

Uncle Brutha:

That's my sauce.

Uncle Brutha:

That's right.

Uncle Brutha:

Okay.

Uncle Brutha:

And this That's right.

Bill P:

Goes through.

Bill P:

Some sauce.

Bill P:

She knows we got to get.

Bill P:

She knows her sauce.

Bill P:

This is a small sampling of the hot sauce.

Bill P:

My wife is a hot sauce gourmet, so for her to say, this is the sauce, believe it.

Uncle Brutha:

Oh,

Uncle Brutha:

right, you heard.

Uncle Brutha:

You heard.

Uncle Brutha:

You heard.

Uncle Brutha:

Okay, so now we're gonna go to red.

Uncle Brutha:

I need, I need to see how, how the bed comes over.

Uncle Brutha:

See here.

Bill P:

Years fresh red.

Bill P:

Oh my God.

Uncle Brutha:

And this literally just made over the weekend.

Amy J:

It smells the same.

Amy J:

It smells so good.

Uncle Brutha:

I listen, I am so proud of these.

Bill P:

Should've never seen it, aren't you?

Uncle Brutha:

I'm so proud of these batches.

Amy J:

Mm-hmm.

Amy J:

. Mm-hmm.

Amy J:

. Oh my God.

Amy J:

That's fabulous.

Amy J:

Oh my God.

Amy J:

I would take either one.

Amy J:

I'm not paying her to say this.

Amy J:

Oh, I missed it so much.

Amy J:

Oh, holy.

Amy J:

That is good.

Amy J:

It burns.

Amy J:

I, I am like hot better, but that green is fabulous.

Uncle Brutha:

It'll creep up.

Uncle Brutha:

I

Amy J:

know.

Amy J:

So good,

Bill P:

but she loves 11.

Bill P:

Jesus.

Bill P:

She's a hot pepper woman.

Bill P:

So, no, I left 10.

Bill P:

That's 10.

Bill P:

Not a big habanero fan, but oh my god.

Bill P:

These peppers are just right.

Amy J:

So freaking good.

Amy J:

Well see, my God,

Uncle Brutha:

I like hot too, and I tell you the truth, anything,

Uncle Brutha:

this is the first I, I judge number 10 if I get a little hiccup.

Uncle Brutha:

Yeah, when I get hiccup.

Uncle Brutha:

So I got a hiccup from this batch.

Uncle Brutha:

Oh, love it.

Uncle Brutha:

I got a hiccup, so I said, all right, my heat is right.

Amy J:

That is spicy?

Amy J:

And I love it.

Uncle Brutha:

The heat is right with this batch.

Uncle Brutha:

Mm-hmm.

Uncle Brutha:

and that's what I like to, I don't, I don't, I don't

Uncle Brutha:

really go too much past this.

Amy J:

No, that's perfect.

Amy J:

Past that, it doesn't taste good.

Uncle Brutha:

The ghost peppers?

Amy J:

No.

Uncle Brutha:

I've tasted some of the ghosts.

Amy J:

I don't like ghost peppers.

Uncle Brutha:

The ghosts, they're hot, but it's just good.

Uncle Brutha:

Once you get past here, you can't taste it.

Uncle Brutha:

If the flavor goes away,

Bill P:

then you're just struggling with the burn.

Uncle Brutha:

Exactly.

Uncle Brutha:

Struggling with the burn,

Bill P:

working out the milk.

Bill P:

I'm

Uncle Brutha:

so bad.

Uncle Brutha:

And, and I've been, you know, I've, I've had some substitutes

Uncle Brutha:

I've been trying Yeah.

Uncle Brutha:

While I, you know, yeah.

Uncle Brutha:

Didn't have time to make the sauce mm-hmm.

Uncle Brutha:

And so I have a couple now that, uh, are actually fermented sauces

Uncle Brutha:

and they tastes really good.

Uncle Brutha:

They have a good flavor.

Uncle Brutha:

But, um, and I will actually, I'm gonna try a version.

Uncle Brutha:

Of these recipes eventually.

Uncle Brutha:

That's one of the plans for the production center.

Uncle Brutha:

When I, you know, cause I want to have an area where I can, um, look at.

Uncle Brutha:

Experimenting with fermentation and, uh, instead of just, uh, uh,

Uncle Brutha:

cooking, it's like a, this is a cooked version of the sauce, so I'm gonna

Uncle Brutha:

try a fermented version as well.

Amy J:

Oh my God's so good.

Uncle Brutha:

Uh, but even with those, the fermented sauces

Uncle Brutha:

that I have, they're very good.

Uncle Brutha:

But when I taste them on something, I can really taste them.

Uncle Brutha:

But when I was, when I add, when I was, as I was testing these, I'm like, It just

Uncle Brutha:

blends.

Uncle Brutha:

Yeah.

Uncle Brutha:

It just, yeah.

Uncle Brutha:

Becomes a part of

Uncle Brutha:

whatever I was eating it with.

Bill P:

That's what she said.

Bill P:

She could eat it with everything.

Bill P:

It doesn't because it made, it complimented just about

Bill P:

everything she tried it on.

Uncle Brutha:

It doesn't

Uncle Brutha:

just, Like pow mm-hmm.

Uncle Brutha:

Come out at you.

Uncle Brutha:

Mm-hmm.

Uncle Brutha:

Like, like one of the things I've, I've always disliked about

Uncle Brutha:

most hot sauces, is it too sour or too acid vinegar or whatever.

Uncle Brutha:

Yep.

Uncle Brutha:

So I, you know, work with the, the acid range that makes it

Uncle Brutha:

just right to least to me.

Uncle Brutha:

Yeah.

Uncle Brutha:

And you know, that's a little, and to me,

Uncle Brutha:

yeah, it's a little, it's

Uncle Brutha:

a tricky area.

Uncle Brutha:

It's a tricky area.

Bill P:

Yeah.

Bill P:

To, uh, vi p p members as well.

Amy J:

So you're gonna do some new sauces?

Amy J:

Well, that's the, don't, don't get rid of these though.

Uncle Brutha:

No.

Uncle Brutha:

Okay.

Uncle Brutha:

No, no, no.

Uncle Brutha:

These are for, for, you know, these are gonna be the foundation.

Uncle Brutha:

Okay, good.

Uncle Brutha:

But I've always wanted to expand.

Uncle Brutha:

Expand.

Uncle Brutha:

Sure.

Uncle Brutha:

Hm.

Uncle Brutha:

Uh, initially when I was, you know, had the co-packer mentality.

Uncle Brutha:

Yeah.

Uncle Brutha:

Uh, there are businesses that are in the business of, of private labels.

Uncle Brutha:

So they make sauces, they make products, and then you could, I could

Uncle Brutha:

put Uncle Brutha labels on them.

Uncle Brutha:

Yeah.

Uncle Brutha:

And sell them as like ketchup or mustard or something like that.

Uncle Brutha:

Okay.

Uncle Brutha:

But then I always had other ideas like I.

Uncle Brutha:

But I wanted to do with just these and just these adding fruit.

Bill P:

Interesting.

Amy J:

Do mango hot sauce or

Uncle Brutha:

add a, add a mango to number 10 or pineapple to number 10.

Uncle Brutha:

Mm-hmm.

Uncle Brutha:

, I don't know if you've ever tried that.

Amy J:

I've, I've never done that.

Amy J:

No.

Uncle Brutha:

I have do slices.

Uncle Brutha:

Sounds good.

Uncle Brutha:

Do slices of pineapple.

Uncle Brutha:

Put 'em on the grill.

Uncle Brutha:

Yeah.

Uncle Brutha:

And let the, let the juices start.

Uncle Brutha:

Sugar startling like grill, pineapple, brush, brush number 10.

Uncle Brutha:

Pineapple.

Uncle Brutha:

Either one of these on the pineapple.

Amy J:

Oh, that sounds good.

Amy J:

Oh my God.

Uncle Brutha:

And it will caramelize the sugars of the pineapple and

Uncle Brutha:

the sauces, all that will come.

Uncle Brutha:

You've never tasted anything like that.

Uncle Brutha:

Now I have.
